I have a small office and a small oven which only takes a 24″ long piece of
plastic. I am looking for an oven that will take a 30″ long piece of
plastic. I don’t have room for a large pizza oven, and can’t afford the
ovens that are sold for our industry. I would like it to be convection if
at all possible. It needs to cost $1000. or less. Does anyone have a
recommendation? Restaurant type of oven??
