I am interested in deciphering when it is most appropriate to utilize
intrinsic versus extrinsic posting in custom foot orthoses.

So, I’m looking for help answering the following two questions:

1.) What are your indications for using extrinsic posting?

2.) What are your indications for using intrinsic posting?
