Subject: [OANDP-L] Diabetic Verification Forms
When it comes to a diabetic verification form , with Medicare (per
compliance) we need to have this in the patients file signed and filled
out by the patients diabetic physician before delivery. Is this
compliance guideline for all commercial insurances and Medicaid? Does
Medicaid have an exception or do we need to follow the Medicare
guidelines when it comes to a diabetic verification form?
