Seal in liner and KD patient

Ingvar

Hi all.

Has anyone successfully used Ossur Seal in liner on a true knee
disartic patient? I have tall patient, about 6’3”, with partial patella
in place and femoral condyles of proportionate size.
Limb is accordingly atrophied for a 5 yo amputation and several socket
changes, meaning – it’s recessed supracondylar.
That’s why I am concerned about seal in the liner. Considering making
him a short “filler” inner sleeve out of Pelite or such, to keep his
limb more “conical” inside the liner.

Thank you
