The Academy’s Annual Meeting Clinical Content Committee invites you to submit abstracts for consideration for inclusion at the 39th Academy Annual Meeting & Scientific Symposium.
Submission Deadline: August 6, 2012

Presentation Categories
Free Papers offer solutions to common problems or discuss patient and practice management techniques, innovative uses of technology, or current research findings.
Thranhardt Lectures are chosen from the best of the Free Paper abstract submissions. Thranhardt Lectures present clinical findings, research, statistical analysis, results, and conclusions of an abstract.
Poster Presentations provide an overview of a clinically relevant subject, such as a case study, critical review of literature, or conclusions drawn from a new technique.
NOTE: THE SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS IS SEPTEMBER 28.

All abstracts must adopt the Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion (IMRD) format. It is not satisfactory to state that results will be presented or discussed. Each submission must include a one page abstract of no more than 800 words. Complete submission guidelines are available at www.academyannualmeeting.org.
The Annual Meeting Clinical Content Committee will determine the appropriate placement of all submissions. If you are not interested in being considered for the Thranhardt Lectures, you may indicate that on the online Call for Presentations form at www.academyannualmeeting.org.
All abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Clinical Content Committee, which reserves the right to accept or reject abstracts for inclusion in the program.
