Dear list,
I have a gentleman that suffers from severe Right Genuvarus/Osteo arthritis medial compartment  with pain 8/10, he also has Parkinsons and has eighteen degree knee flexion contractures bilaterally.  His varus is approximately fifteen degrees .
W e have trial fitted two off the shelf knee braces that failed. We are now looking at custom, my question to the list is which have you had the best success with? any additional adaptions? comments? suggestions?
