*1)* Apparently the initial survey email I sent to the list serve
arrived with html that I did not type. I accidentally sent one email
from a non-subscribed account and resent it from a subscribed account-
but only the one from the non subscribed account showed up on the list
serve with html that doesn’t work. So I am trying again from the
subscribed account. Please let me know if this problem persists. I don’t
know how this happened. Sorry for the confusion! If you see any
asterisks and html in the links, then something is wrong.

If you are an orthotic provider or a physician, would you help me gather
data for my research project? Below is an abstract and links to the
