Does anyone have a good online recourse that would tell me what L-codes are exempt from consolidate billing? I have one of the RAC audit companies that is claiming that two addition codes of a prosthesis are not payable by Medicare when a patient is in the hospital, and my 6 year old compliance information tell me different.
Any information would be helpful.
