Foot position

Mitchell Hirsch

I need some advise
Presently have a patient with dropfoot and supinated foot with correction
Wearing simple mafo sulcus length and PLO style

The problem I trying solve is positioning the foot in a neutral position and toes curl especially big toes
Please provide suggestions
Presently foot is supinating inward
