Power Wheel Chair vs. Prosthesis

Is anyone aware of a Medicare Ruling regarding the following scenario:

Denial of a prosthesis because the insurance company previously paid for a
power wheel chair.

If you have received denial from an insurance company for the same reason
can you share the actions you took and what the outcomes were?
