I am looking for a Central Fab facility capable of providing a Chicago Boot or Lange Partial Foot style prosthesis. We have a patient needing to replace a partial foot prosthesis that is over 25 years of age. The material appears to be lynadure, which if memory serves me correct was utilized for the Imler Chicago Boot.
