Help finding MCP (Medical Center Prosthetics, Tx)

I use to buy a IPOP system from them in the early 90’s, They had a weight activated foot which was attached to a box with a beeper, any help in locating them would help.

Does anyone know where to get the protocol written by the VA & Dr. Ernest Burgess in the 80’s, it gave great detail on PT and weight bearing limits.
