Hello List,
I have been using ECO laminating resin for some time now. It is a good
product, My technician does not compalin of a headache any longer. However,
it is not as strong as the “standard” competitors, like SPT resin for
example. In fact, we just had a couple of failures of ECO resin. It doesn’t
necessarily snap into two parts (which is good), but rather collapse onto
itself, usually anteriorly, above the attachment of an adaptor. It also
feels less rigid. Are there alternatives on the market as far as non-toxic
resin goes? Have you experienced similar events? What is your overall
opinion about that resin and what is the preferred layup for an average
lamination?
Sincerely,
—
