Hello esteemed colleagues,
I was recently contacted by a physician who wants me to provide prefabricated immediate post op devices for trans tibial amputations. I’m old school and have been doing post op rigid dressings for years with deltalite and am unfamiliar with what is availible and what are the best options for the prefabricated devices to protect the recent amputation. I’ve seen Flo Tech and others but what are your experiences with the various designs. This would be primarily for BK and mostly non weight bearing. Something to compare with the device that Hanger has?? Thank you all for your help.
