The Cambodian School of Prosthetics and Orthotics needs used IBM Pentium 3 (or equivalent) laptops. The 3rd year students will be graduating soon and heading out to their clinics. Desktop PC’s are too impractical as most are working in remote locations.
My father, Ron Altman, CPO (E) is teaching there. He is the Senior Mentor for the 3rd year students.
