This was just put up recently at the DMERC A site:

There is an excel file also. We got the o&p almanac and saw all the
code changes, additions, deletions. There are many of us on the DMERC A
listserv in this company. Not one of us saw an advanced notice. THEN
we see it in the almanac with NO GRACE period. Was anyone else
side-swiped by this, or were we all in la-la land?? We also did not
receive any fax from AOPA with advanced warning of these changes. They
are sweeping and significant. What happened to the grace period???
