Due to unprecedented demand the *”Last Chance”* continuing education
course is expanding.
The *Friday* mandatory courses have been moved to the Holiday Inn Fowler
Ave, Tampa.
This is a much larger room so we can accommodate all comers.

*on Friday, November 11th. at the new venue of the Holiday Inn.

is $250 and for non-members is $325. Breakfast and lunch are included.
Late registration, after 11/7/05, and on site registration will be
charged an additional fee of $50, so if you’re planning to go register now
We are still offering the custom molded shoe course on Saturday at the
Shrine Hospital. We also have a four hour credit course on the foot
held Saturday morning at the Shrine.

the Double Tree Guest Suites (813) 971-7690. You must ask for the
Shriner’s Hospital Discount.
