s/p CVA Shoulder/arm support

I have a patient who is getting chronic subluxation of her gleno-humeral
joint secondary to paralysis from a stroke. If anyone has any experience with a
device to prevent this that works and is relatively comfortable would you
please forward that information? Thanks for your help.
