A Mini Triathlon

This event will include swim, stationary or recumbent bicycle, and run. The lengths of these events will be based upon the disability level of the participants and are designed to be done by the average individual, not only extreme athletes. All events will be held indoors at the Auburn Hills, Michigan YMCA.
Individuals or teams may enter the triathlon. One person on each team must require the use of either an orthosis or prosthesis. Emphasis is on participation, not competition. We encourage orthotists, prosthetists and therapists to help form their own teams.
