Yes, it seems that way. I have yet to hear back from my area rep, Todd. I
have certainly gotten the message that my request for clarification is of no
concern to them. I guess it is how they do business…no service, no response. By
the way just to clarify to the list this knee unit was in my office all of 7
business days when I asked for my RA . I was NOT holding this unit for an
unreasonable period of time. I guess when Todd asked me not to be upset if
nothing could be done…I guess that translates into no return call either.
