Exhibitor Registration includes:
1. All conference meals and breaks for ONE representative, Separate fee for additional representatives.
2. For each table you purchase you will be given a chance to win a table for the “2006” Annual Meeting.
3. A confirmation letter will be sent upon receipt. Please bring it with you for your registration packet.
4. Set up time: 4:00PM on Sunday and teardown by 3:00PM on Tuesday.
There will be a Golf Tournament on Sunday, once you are register your confirmation letter will have the information for this event.
