When I contacted Frost through e-mail . I was told a copy of the report
would be $7,000 . this is for a research project I’m working on which is not
being funded, and I was hoping to find someone with international expertise,
someone who has an educational affiliations that may be able to help me with
this or direct me to somebody who may be able to help me .
