Please accept my apology if this question is redundant. I would like to have any suggestions on the following scenarios. All responses are completely confidential, I have no desire to forward them to the listserv so feel free to even answer anonymously.
1. What is the average salary/wage for a technician (who would aspire to become an assisstant/practitioner) with two years experience? This particular person had no experience in the field prior to your office and has no college education, although is fairly good with their hands.
2. Next, among salary practitioners/residents how many include weekend hospital calls as part of their salary (i.e., no extra pay for weekend calls other than mileage)?
