silicone interface in partial foot prosthesis

Hello list.
I am interested in fabricating a partial foot prosthesis for an amputee with an extremely sensitive distal end.  I have used silicone in the past, and have had trouble with it staying in place after fabricating.  The two systems that I have used are the two part sillicone from Kingsley, and PQ silicone.  Does anyone have any tips on how I can incorporate a silicone distal end into a soft foot prosthesis?
