I would like to take this opportunity to introduce our organization the Afghan Amputee Bicyclists for Rehabilitation and Recreation (AABRAR) serving the disabled segment of the Afghan community since 1992.
Taking into account the large number of landmine victims and other persons with disabilities in Afghanistan there is a great need of funding particularly for the rehabilitation of disabled Afghans.
