Well, we?ve all known it would come to this, but I?ll admit to being a
little surprised at the way it has so completely boiled over. Hopefully,
you feel sufficiently chastised by now. I think we can appreciate your
fervor and enthusiasm, even as we fault your methods. A friend of mine
would argue that we must grant you ?puppy immunity.? I won?t belabor the
issue. Others have already counseled you enough. In many years of teaching
students in our orthotic certificate program we?ve seen lots of misguided
enthusiasm. Try and channel your energy into more acceptable paths.
Continue to question and challenge, but do so with some tact and
acknowledgement that you don?t know it all yet. Best of luck when you
finish your residency (It does seem like you?ve been one forever!) Hat?s
off to your current employer. They must have the patience of Job. 😉
