ALJ hearing from 2016 filing

Neal collins

I have a RAC ALJ hearing scheduled.The twist is that I closed my practice 3
years ago.This is a 6 yer old appeal!! Anyone who has had
this experience with this scenario out there?Please contact me. I have
approx. three weeks before the hearing.
