Dear oandp-l subscribers,

Due to some unexpected technical challenges, the listserver has been down
since Monday June 30, 2003. This may have been one of the quietest weeks in
O&P since 1995 when oandp-l was launched!

I apologize for the disruption in service, and am requesting that anyone who
has posted anything since last week please repost their messages.
