Keeping brace reps out of accounts

I am a distributor for Innovation Sports in the Carolinas and am =
striving to bring new business to my local Orthotic Shops. Our plan is =
to focus on the markets that are not currently being stocked by DJ or =
BREG. So far we are experiencing success but we have a concern; Once DJ =
and BREG catch on to the potential in these new markets, what’s to stop =
them from doing the same in this market as they have done with the =
Orthopedic market (direct fitting and billing)? My solution to this is =
to help the O&Ps compose and present contractual agreements to this new =
market. However, I have no experience in constructing contracts for =
this purpose and the O&Ps here have asked me to help.=20
