Hello all,
I am working on a project to develop a tool and/or process to evaluate the
need for CAD/CAM systems in private O&P facilities. Specifically, I would
like to develop an assessment and planning process for evaluating current
systems, selecting and implementing the system and measuring outcomes and
financial impact on the business. Eventually determining key metrics for
management decision making is a goal. This is a purely academic exercise at
this point
Please advise if you are aware of published information on this subject. Any
help is much appreciated.
