Bilateral Transfemoral Toileting

Dear List,

Does anyone have any advice for a female with bilateral transfemoral
amputations in toilet skills? She is unable to independently stay seated with
her prostheses on. She is also limited because of bilateral upper extremity
amputations.

Any advice or suggestions of where to obtain further information would be
greatly appreciated.
