Quingle hinge

Good morning,

I have an orthopedic surgeon that is in nee of Quingle hinges to
progressively stretch a pair of knee flexion contracture on a spina bifida
patient, If anyone can give me source I would appreciate it. In addition I
am aware of but unable to locate another design..extension desubluxation
hinges made by California Design. Either will work. Please assist ASAP.
