Dear list,
I noticed on CNN.com under their law news section that doctors were given
class action status on a lawsuit against HMOs for late payments and changing
codes they are paying for. Sound familiar? Without inundating the lawyers
that are handling this case with mutliple phone calls, I was wondering if
anyone knew if the O and P businesses were allowed to join this? Does
anyone have any info, feelings, or ideas?
I personally cannot, but I am asking this question to make those aware of
the scene who potentially might benefit and also change the system. (in
which I would then benefit).
