Fw: Misc Code and Medicaid

~~ Clarification – state of GA

We recently submitted an L5999 for a Geometric Locking Mechanism (part = of the Total Knee) to Medicaid with sufficient documentation and we = received a denial. I am wondering if there were any facilities that = have any luck or failure with (a) reimbursement on misc codes from = Medicaid (b) reimbursement from Mediciad on this type of service.
