I`m German an i`m working here in Vinh/Vietnam at the centre for
orthopedics and rehabiliation as CPO and academically qualified engineer
in the same branch. I started my work 2 weeks ago and unfortunately I
have to see that here`s a big financial problem with the orthopedic
workshop the operating room, and also with the ward for physiotherapie,
where`s also working a German.
In the past the US-organisation `World Vision` helped with some stoves
and compressors for the orthopedic workshop but it`s really not enough
material for good helping. We have here a lot of patients
