Thanks for the replies (and a good chance to hear from old friends too).
All suggestions come in are either try Aircast or the tibial/Sarmianto
brace. We have contacted Aircast and they offer the Pneumatic Walker
which we think is a bit too bulky. Tibial brace made from low
temperature thermoplastic may eventually be the solution. I’ll keep
tracking what actually the surgeon have had in mind.
