Dear Colleagues,
I am seeing a 20 yr. old man for a new prosthesis, he has a near KD residuum
and has broken everything I have put on him. He needs hydraulic swing
control and wants a vert. shock pylon and Flexwalk performance with better
durability. He has had the best luck with a titanium Blackmax with the knee
axis bushings machined out and replaced with sealed motorcycle wheel
bearings. He destroyed an Endolite High-activity frame in 6 months time.
Any suggestions for durable components from your experience?
