Along with our local Podiatrists we are developing a specialist clinic
to deal with the issue of the supply of footwear to the Diabetic
patient.
We would be extremely greatful to anyone who has written protocols for
the supply of footwear whether bespoke or modular, or has any
prescription forms, developed from the standard AOF1 form that they use
in their clinics.
