Would I be considered out of line in requesting to see Form 1023 in its
proposed submission outline to the IRS prior to it being submitted for the new
organization. I am sure this is being worked on along with the bylaws and I
would be more comfortable in voting for the new organization after seeing this
document as well as the proposed bylaws. I have had some first hand experience
with this form in founding a 501c3 aviation organization.
I am asking questions in this form as I will be unable to attend the AAOP
meeting or AAOP meeting to ask my questions in person, and I want to be open
with my questions.
