Dear list participants,
Is anyone out there aware of information concerning how lay-up is
determined for acrylic, carbon, fiberglass, etc,… laminations in our
field? I am looking for “why” we do “what” we do. As far as I am
aware, there is no “cookbook” for lay-up and lamination. I mean
specifics, and some sort of documentation to back the recipe. Not just
the usual…”beef up that BK lamination with a couple extra layers of
fiberglass braid, this patient (customer!) is 300#’s and moves furniture
for a living!” Thanks in advance for your input.
Sincerely,
Lisa Schoonmaker, CPO
