Dan, I have two contacts for you. One is a private practice (corporate
contact) and the other is a University. Doug Reichert C.O. of RDA in
Kenosha Wi- he lives in Libertyville. He will either tell you he can
take the case or refer you to a orthotic specialist in CP in the area.
The other is Northwesten University in Chicago , Ill. Prosthetics and
orthotics program. Talk to any of the staff orthotists. I believe
they have a clinic or clinic contacts with full PT support. Of course
I don’t have their number handy. If you would like for me to look them
