So for I’ve sent 100 copies of my procedure to points all around the globe.
That’s a little over 10% of the subscribers to this list. This level of
interest comes as a pleasant surprise to me. Three people didn’t get their
copy due the following mail errors. Perhaps you can get it indirectly from
another list member.
