I think it is possible but there’s a very good possibility he will hate it.

I’ve found it is very difficult to change those wearing something for so long.

I did just that recently and ended up changing back. Problems were; 1. The

different areas of containment were bothersome. 2. The higher lateral wall

over a short period(2 months) reshaped tissue that was never contained and

left a gap. 3. The more rounded posterior was not as comfortable while sitting

on Hard chairs.

There’s so many little things that won’t be considered during fitting

that will be different to him that may come back at you. I suggest you give it

a try and send him out in a eval socket wrapped in fiberglass and lower

trimlines for comfort to see before finishing. Good luck
