Planning Performance & measurement monitoring

I am interested in feedback and sharing information

on what people consider the key strategic performance areas

of their business / service (WHAT MATTERS??)

eg customer service, turnaround times, and what aspects of the service

are measured and how to ensure that these strategic goals are met and

advanced. eg CUSTOMER SERVICE apply Customer feedback survey

(indicator measure positive response %) , TURNAROUND TIMES measure

production output efficiencey (measure example number of standard work

units, or device types produced per hours of fabrication time) .

In regard to standard fabrication times I asked for input on in

March, the interest was good, but very few carried through to

actually reply with data. I have sent reminders, and await more input.
