Would any of you have details regarding Tom
Whittaker’s climbing prosthesis? What type of
socket? What components? What special
modifications and adaptations?
I did a search on the ‘Web, but was not able to
get any details, apart from a picture.
For those of you who are wondering who Tom
Whittaker is, he is a BK amputee who, on his
fourth attempt, stood atop Mt. Everest on the
Wednesday.
