Just wondering how many others are having problems with OWW and
warranties on their Alpha liners.
Today I was informed that the warranty is good for 90 days (twice that
if you watch a video tape and take a quiz available from OWW) form the
date of the orginal fitting. If you have received a replacement liner
from OWW it is not warrantied for another 90 days. Instead, it is
warrantied for the remainder of the time form orginal fitting. How many
of you knew this.
Alpha is a good product, but there are other equally as good options,
and if OWW will not stand behind their product then I for one will find
an alternative.
