Protocol for Orthotic treatment of Neuromuscular Scoliosis

I am looking for any information regarding protocols, or curve magnitude

thresholds, in starting Orthotic treatment of Neuromuscular Scoliosis.

I attend a Spina Bifida clinic and the question has come up, at what

magnitude would it be appropriate to begin orthotic treatment.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
