Colleagues,
Thanks so much in advance for any and all responses. We have a patient that we are working with a physical therapist Im trying to give family solutions for their three-month-old that has a gibbous in the lumbar region. Patient wears a bar and AFOs for treatment of clubfoot currently as well. The goal would be for the patient to be able to lie in A supine position instead of on the side To be able to follow safe sleep protocol. Does anyone have any experience with any type of mattress topper, foam modification, etc. that we suggest to the family or assist by carving into for accommodation of the gibbous.
Thanks again for all responses,
Keith
