Josh McNeill, CP, and Tess McNeill, CPO, are owners of the new 2,000-square-foot facility. The couple have a combined 32 years of O&P experience—Tess with 12 years and Josh with 20 years.
The clinic provides and upper- and lower-limb prosthetic care, pediatric and congenital care, activity-specific prosthetic devices, and cosmetic and structural finishing.
“One thing that truly sets our practice apart is Tess’ lived experience,” Josh said. “She was born with an upper-extremity limb difference and has worn a transhumeral prosthesis since infancy.”
In addition to her clinical work, Tess McNeill has spent the past two years as an assistant professor in the Alabama State University Master of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics program, where she teaches prosthetic and interdisciplinary courses.
Josh McNeill has spent the past two decades focused on the technical and fabrication side of prosthetic care. 
The McNeills have volunteered at prosthetics clinics in Mexico and Haiti and are involved with Adventure Amputee Camp, a nonprofit camp for children with amputations, where Tess McNeill attended as a child.
