Ottobock, Duderstadt, Germany, has promoted Dan Sarria to executive director of orthopedic services for Ottobock North America and Diane Ramos, CPP, to vice president of human resources for North America.
Sarria joined Ottobock in 2008 as the compliance officer for billing operations in orthopedic services. He was influential in establishing standards in billing operations to comply with accreditations and guidelines to bill commercial and governmental insurers.
Ramos began her tenure with Ottobock in 2014, as regional director human resources for North America. In that newly created position, she was responsible for developing and managing a variety of human resources processes for transferred and newly hired staff. Ramos will continue to develop and implement business solutions while directing the Ottobock North America human resources team.
